This very rare view from 1941 shows S.G. Hibben, the director of the Westinghouse Lamp Company, inside the torch servicing the equipment. Charles N. Miller used to carry Liberty Miller from the time she was a newborn baby all the way up to the torch so she could touch the “tippy top” of the Statue.
