Lighthouse keeper George Watters (left) in front of the fog horns at the Point San Luis Light Station. The inscription on the back of the photo reads, “Grandpa with Norm and Mr. S.—Head Keeper Geo. Watters at San Luis Obispo c. 1923, Watters on left.” The other two men are most likely Norris H. Hilton (center) and Antonio J.
