Nash Island Lighthouse off the coast of South Addison, Maine where Allen Carter Holt was the lighthouse keeper from 1916 to 1920. Although you may not be able to clearly see them, standing in front of the keeper’s house is the lighthouse keeper in his uniform, the lighthouse dog, and the keeper’s wife with a large parrot sitting inside a three to four foot high bird cage.
