Thomas C. Wyman passed away on October 27, 1915 and was buried in the Marshfield Pioneer Cemetery in Coos Bay, Oregon. In 2018, family descendants, cemetery volunteers, and members of the Coast Guard ANT Coos Bay worked together to re-erect his fallen stone and mount the U.S. Lighthouse Service Marker on it to honor his service.
