In the office curio cabinet is a photo of assistant keeper Henry Hill who served at Yaquina Head Lighthouse from 1922 to 1930. Henry was also stationed at Cape Meares Light from at least 1919 to 1921. Records indicate that when he finished at Yaquina Head, he transferred to Smith Island Lighthouse as an assistant for two years until serving as first assistant at Tillamook Rock Lighthouse from 1932 to 1933 when he retired from the U.S. Lighthouse Service at age 66.
