Edwin Leslie Eaton, who was the father of Hazel Marion Eaton. He was assistant keeper of the West Quoddy Head Lighthouse in Lubec, Maine, from 1895 to 1900 when he was transferred to the Portland Lightship LV74 where he served as an engineer for the next 18 years until he resigned.
