LeRoy White is dressed up and looking quite dapper in his pin-striped pants as he sits on the Point Hueneme Lighthouse porch steps in the late 1930s. LeRoy knew Lawrence Welk and the members of his band and would frequently go out for an evening of dancing with his wife, Helen.
