Hillsboro Inlet - Tours of this beautiful station are done periodically throughout the year. A unique tidbit – in the late 1800s, this lighthouse was part of the route of the Barefoot Mailman, a week-long mail route that was approximately 68 miles long—28 miles by small boat and 40 on foot along the beach.
