After Stella Prince Terry died on February, 23, 1928, she was buried in her family’s Willow Hill Cemetery plot in Southold, New York. Hopefully the day will come when someone, or some organization, will place a U.S. Lighthouse Service Memorial Marker at her gravesite, as well as that of her father.
