Photo Caption:

George N. Crittenden & Son’s used images of the two different Seneca Lake Lighthouses to promote their dry goods business, The New York Store, on these souvenir collectible advertising cards that they handed out to customers. The cards indicate that they were located on Exchange Street in Geneva, New York and other old records indicate they were once located at 29-31 Seneca Street in Geneva. It would be interesting if someone could do some research on the history of the business and share it with us. (Lighthouse Digest archives.)
