Willie Ziegler, one of the three man crew assigned in 1981 to the Thomas Point Shoal Lighthouse passed much of his time by lifting weights at the lighthouse. His stay would be for 16 days, before he got time off to leave the lighthouse and then repeat it all over again. Photo taken July 20, 1981. (Lighthouse Digest archives.)
