This is an original press photo of the lighthouse tender Sequoia taken on July 31, 1923 when President Warren G. Harding was onboard the vessel in San Francisco Bay during the President’s Merchant Marine Review, which up until that time was the greatest assemblage of Merchant Marine vessels ever reviewed by a President of the United States of America.
