Ed Lawry, a former sign painter painted the mural which is now the backdrop of the Boon Island 2nd order Fresnel lens now on display at the Kittery Historical and Naval Museum in Kittery, Maine. It was the first thing he had painted in 18 years. Back to the edition of: June 2000
