Tom Dunwoodie today at 58 enjoys his retirement time fishing. From 1958 to 1962 he served as a keeper at Hog Island Lighthouse, Rhode Island, on the Lightship Stonehorse and as a keeper at Maine’s Boon Island Lighthouse. After he served in the Coast Guard, he went to work as Chief Inspector for the Kearny, NJ Fire Department. Back to the edition of: June 2000
