This rare image shows the original and, quite eloquent, keepers’ home of Lloyd Harbor Lighthouse. Can you imagine sitting on this porch and watching the ships of yesteryear sail past? Sometime between 1890 and 1893 the keeper’s house was dramatically altered as is shown in next photo. (Lighthouse Digest archives photo.)
