Rita Anderson is one lady who never gave up her dream, which finally came true with the rebuilding and restoration of the Rose Blanche Lighthouse. She started her presentation with a quote from the Bible, “Remove not the ancient landmark which thy fathers have set,” a philosophy which she lives by. Talking about her 12 year process she said, . Be patient and never give up your dream”, saying later, “I don’t know a better contribution you can make to your area than saving a part of your past.”
