The Windward Point Lighthouse where Arthur C.E. Hamblett was stationed from 1910 into the 1920s. The lighthouse was built here at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba in 1904 by the United States government. It is also known as the Punta Barloventa Lighthouse. (Lighthouse Digest archives.)
