A 1914 wintertime scene at Chambers Island Lighthouse when the barn was still standing at the site. The barn was once used for farm animals. Doris Hanson recalled that she and her sister adopted baby kittens from the barn cats and they would dress them in baby clothes. (Lighthouse Digest archives.)
