The 1902 Rockland Breakwater Lighthouse with a new coat of paint on its landward side. The main floor of the brick part of the structure was the engine room. The main floor of the wood part of the structure was the kitchen and dwelling room. Upstairs there were two bedrooms and a bathroom. The basement was considered the oil room and other storage. The attached small building on the back is the boat house.
