Often, many of the old photographs that come into our possession are not labeled. This is one such photo. The two men, one of whom is definitely in the Coast Guard, seem to be discussing the Fresnel lens they are examining. Perhaps there some retired Coasties out there who can identify the men and the location of the photograph. If so, please write to us at P.O.
