Proving that history does repeat itself, the current owners of the magnificently restored lighthouse, Bill Frabotta and Mary Mathews have the same first names.

Sand Hills Lighthouse is located 25 miles northeast of Houghton, Michigan on the Keweenaw Peninsulas north shore. The lighthouse, with its elegantly furnished rooms, is now available for overnight stays as a bed and breakfast.
