The wraps are shown coming off the freshly painted Grand Haven South Pierhead Inner Lighthouse this past fall. This tower along with its counterpart, the Grand Haven South Pierhead Outer Light, function as range lights for vessels entering the harbor in Grand Haven, Michigan. Its new coat of bright red paint gives the tower a new spiffy look.
