This past August Lands’ End kicked off their Heritage Collection product launch and Heritage Tour at the North Point Lighthouse in Milwaukee, Wisconsin by making a $20,000 donation to the lighthouse.
Partnering with the U.S. Lighthouse Society the event celebrated Lands’ End’s ongoing commitment to lighthouse preservation by supporting the restoration of the North Point Lighthouse South Ravine Trail to connect the upper South Ravine Trail to the Stormwater Regenerative Conveyance System in the lower ravine, which is designed to capture storm water pollution runoff in the ravine before it reaches Bradford Beach and Lake Michigan.
As part of the event The Weather Channel broadcast two early morning segments from atop the tower.
