New group hopes to help Harbor of Refuge

The Delaware River and Bay Lighthouse Foundation has received the Coast Guards "recommendation for endorsement" to restore Delaware's Harbor of Refuge Lighthouse.

Their ultimate plan is to make the lighthouse accessible and open to the public for tours and possibly a museum.
