Mike Webster writes that Ragged Point Light is "a fantastic place to watch the full moon appear over the Atlantic." Peter Manning reports, "The lighthouse is on less than one acre of government-owned property. The land surrounding the Ragged Point Lighthouse is the remaining part of Golden Grove Plantation, which was owned by the Manning family since the 1920s."
