This lighthouse, similar in construction to Janvrin Shoal and Paddy Shoal Lights, also in Gaspé Basin, replaced the Gaspé Bay Lightship station, established in 1871.

Characteristic and Range: White flash every 30 seconds.

Description of Tower: White, square wooden building on a cribwork pier. 

This light is not operational

Current Use: Destroyed.
