Location: West point of Carleton Island, located in the St. Lawrence River between the U.S. mainland and Wolfe Island (on the Canadian side of the border).
Description of Tower: 1899: Lantern suspended from a white mast; focal plane height: 95 feet; two-story keeper's dwelling and a small one-story building in the rear. 1914: White skeleton tower with an enclosed base; focal plane height: 107 feet.
