This tower was relocated to its present position at the end of a breakwater in 1919. In 2023 a new nonprofit, Friends of Chicago Harbor Lighthouse, was formed to try and raise money to save and restore the lighthouse. Height of Focal Plane: 82 Description of Tower: White, conical cast iron tower on concrete pier.
