The kids at Passage Island Lighthouse in the mid 1930s. On the left wearing a hat is Ann Bowen. In front of her is her sister, Johonna. The boy in the middle is Larry Lane, son of Lawrence Lane who served as a 2nd assistant keeper and later as a keeper of the Passage Island Lighthouse. The other boy is an unidentified cousin of Lanes. The dog was Annie’s pet “Spot,” who loved lighthouse life.
