Tim Harrison, editor of Lighthouse Digest and cofounder of Lighthouse Depot being interviewed by Lisa Dornan of Channel 11 Action News WBKB-TV, Alpena. Lisa, Tim and others had previously taken a life remembering boat ride to Middle Island Lighthouse. The interview, which aired on the evening news, centered on why it was important to save lighthouses such as Middle Island. Harrison also explained the goals of the American Lighthouse Foundation and discussed the recent lighting of Maine’s Little River Lighthouse that was also shown on the Michigan evening TV news.
