*Photo Caption:*		The interior of Delaware’s Mispillion Lighthouse, on the Lighthouse Digest Doomsday List since 1995, was virtually destroyed in the fire. Although firefighters were quick to arrive on the scene, it is believed that the only reason the exterior did not burn because it was raining at the time. Back to the edition of: June 2002
