The guest book showing the signatures of the first people to officially climb the tower at Pemaquid Point Lighthouse for the first time that it was officially opened to the public. The first signature is that of Maine Governor John Baldacci, followed by U. S. Mint Director Henrietta Holsman Fore, Maine State Treasurer Dale McCormick, and Tim Sample, Maine Humorist.
