Peter McLean explains: “This is the Keep, which is on the opposite side of the island from the lighthouse. The young man in the photo is my nephew, Iain. Iain is now 59 years young! The plate he is displaying was a prize won at a baby show at the little town of Millport on the Greater Cumbrae. That’s a genuine cannon he’s sitting on.”
