New Hampshire PBS recently featured the Portsmouth Harbor Lighthouse in a feature story as a tribute to Connie Small, “the First Lady of Light,” in honor of her 100th birthday. The Portsmouth, New Hampshire Lighthouse was the last station that Connie and her husband were stationed at when they retired from lighthouse duty in 1948.
