It is often said, “For every action, there is a reaction.” Thanks to our many loyal readers, that is exactly what is happening in the lighthouse preservation movement.

In the past few months, you have been helping us to obtain new subscribers as well as helped us with stories from all over the world.

Your actions are causing a reaction. It’s really quite simple. The more subscribers you help us acquire means more people reading and learning about lighthouses. Eventually, this will result in more people getting involved in one way or another in saving lighthouses and the history associated with them on a global, national and local basis.

However, we must all continue taking action — by telling others about Lighthouse Digest, giving gift subscriptions to Lighthouse Digest and ask more newsstands to carry it and please keep taking action by sending us those photos, stories and story ideas.
