On behalf of the Middle Island Lighthouse Keepers Association (MILKA), Marv Theut (l) accepts the deed for Michigan’s Middle Island Lighthouse from GSA Realty Specialist Richard Balsano. The lighthouse was awarded to the group under the National Historic Lighthouse Preservation Act. Looking on are Joy Theut (l) of MILKA and Donna Sanford (r) of the National Park Service.
