Restoration of the historic Clark’s Point Lighthouse in New Bedford, Massachusetts is underway. Here the old lantern room is shown being removed from the tower. The lighthouse is being restored by the City of New Bedford from the donations of private funds. It is hoped that the lighthouse restoration will be complete by springtime. Photograph by Art Motta.
