The lens at this lighthouse was damaged in an earthquake in 1980 and had to be replaced. Tower Height: 52 Height of Focal Plane: 190 Characteristic and Range: Three white flashes every 19.5 seconds, visible for 20 nautical miles. Description of Tower: White, conical reinforced concrete tower with red lantern, attached to dwelling.
