No. Directions: This lighthouse is privately owned and the site is not open to the public. A visitor to this site says it "can be clearly seen from the Ogdensburg Harbor (boat dock), and also from the bridge nearby." Bill Edwards provides these directions to the dock: "Take State St. northwest to end at tennis courts, turn left (southwest) to boat dock."
