Our cover image this issue is of the Battery Point Lighthouse in Crescent City, California. The lighthouse and museum are cared for by the Del Norte County Historical Society. They are open April through September, tides permitting, between the hours of 10 to 4, every day; and weekends only, tides permitting, the rest of the year.
